Varias bandas australianas grabarán un disco tributo al tristemente desaparecido DIMEBAG DARRELL, y parte de la recaudación será donada a la fundación "Dimebag Darrell Memorial Fund".

14 bandas australianas han unido fuerzas para hacer un tributo al desaparecido ex-guitarrista de PANTERA "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott. El disco se llamará "The Art of Shredding - A Tribute to Dime". DarkStar Records planea lanzar el álbum el 20 de Agosto de este año, para celebrar el que habría sido el 40 cumpleaños de "Dime". Un porcentaje de los beneficios de las ventas serán donados a la "Dimebag Darrell Memorial Fund", para ayudar a las familias de aquellos que aún sufren las consecuencias de aquel fatídico 8 de Diciembre de 2004.

"The Art of Shredding" contendrá 14 canciones, 13 clásicos de PANTERA y una canción especial tributo a Dimebag a cargo de la banda thrasht de Sydney MURDERWORLD. La lista de temas es la siguiente:
